Once your photographs and text information are received, you will receive a draft version photo of the item via email, for your approval before the actual item is manufactured. 

Once the item design is approved and your item is manufactured, it will be shipped or delivered immediately by U. S. Postal Services.

Insurance is not required but is highly recommended as The Hoosier Cruiser Online Store cannot be held responsible for lost, missing, or damaged packages during shipment.

 Due to personalization, items are not returnable except in the case of a design mistake on our part after the correct information and photo(s) were received from you

In the event of such mistake on our part, return the item with a letter of explanation, and your item will be created and shipped to you again at no additional cost. Return of the item will be at the expense of the buyer.
